Robert and Judy bring more than four decades of pastoral ministry experience, practical tools, biblical insight, and leadership development to help people and churches flourish.
Throughout their ministry, they have maintained a steadfast commitment to healthy local churches, resilient leaders, and authentic relational community. Their calling is defined not by celebrity, but by genuine pastoral presence, walking with pastors, elder boards, and congregations through both seasons of thriving and seasons of deep testing.
ROBERT KENNEDY
Robert’s passion is helping churches multiply and plant new locations, growing into healthy multisite, multicampus ministries. He brings more than forty years of pastoral experience to preaching, leadership development, and coaching for churches and pastors.
Robert previously served as the Men's Ministry Director for the North Texas District Assemblies of God, cultivating spiritual resilience, biblical brotherhood, and integrity among men across the region.
Through pastoral coaching, Robert helps pastors, staff, and boards develop leaders and church planting systems that support the next location and the ministry as a whole. He also preaches at churches, speaks at men’s and leadership events, and teaches on marriage with Judy. Coaching is available as a one-time engagement or ongoing relationship, including video calls worldwide.
